HMT Selection Process 2021

• The selection will be made on the basis of merit, experience, qualification & performance in the Practical Test/Written Test.
• The first stage will be a Practical Test for Skill Testing. The skill test will be conducted for a total of 70 marks.
• The written test will consist of Aptitude & General Knowledge. The written test will consist of 30 marks.
• The candidates who clear all the stages of the selection process will be selected for the post.

HMT Eligibility Criteria 2021

The candidates who will be applying for the recruitment process must first meet the required eligibility criteria. The detailed criteria will be as follows.

HMT Age Criteria

• Candidates applying for the recruitment must be below 33 years of age.
• The above age must be met as of 01/04/2021.

HMT Educational Qualification Criteria

• The candidate should possess NCVT/ITI+NAC from any recognized institute/board.
• Post Qualification Experience: Experience in the Machine Tools industry with work experience/undergone training that Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference.
• Should be well conversant in Multi-Skill Operations/Trade relevant to Machine Tool Industry.

HMT Nationality Criteria

• Candidates must be Indian Citizens.

HMT Application Fee 2021

The candidates who will be submitting the applications must also pay an application fee. The detailed information on the application fee is provided below.

• A non-refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- for General, EWS & OBCwhich includes Rs.250/-as Application Fee and Rs.250/-as processing fee.
• Only Rs.250/- will be the processing fee for the SC / ST category, drawn in favor of HMT Machine Tools Limited, Bangalore on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bangalore is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application.

HMT Salary Details

• The candidates who are selected for the post will receive a monthly stipend as decided by the board.
• A Stipend of Rs. 13,000/-per month for the first year and Rs.13,500/- per month for the second year and Rs.14,000/- per month for the third year during the period of training.

The HMT selection process for the post of Company Trainee is done in two steps which include the following tests for the applicants:

• Phase: 1 Practical Test for Skill Testing: The candidate’s skill required for the concerned job field and profile are tested. This stage is conducted to examine the candidate’s practical skills and knowledge. A total weightage of 70 marks has been given to this stage by the authorities.

• The recruited candidates will be entitled to a monthly salary of INR 13,000/- in the first year of service period.
